berries!!

Thought I would do something to balance out all this winter stuff! Sweet little strawberries from Konad plate M55.

let it snow

I'm not usually one for holiday themed mani's but I do love snowflakes! I'll probably feel different in about a month or so, but right now it looks so beautiful outside <3

12.01.2011

holly golightly

This color from OPI is one of my all time favorites. Its called For Audrey and it is the most wonderful Tiffany & Co. shade of blue <3

last day of stamping

Today wraps up 30 days of only stamping. I had originally planned on using all of my plates but my collection keeps growing (20 more coming next week)    ;)

11.23.2011

black lace

Maybe a little more risque than my ususal designs, but I do love this plate ;)

nail party in cutesville!

Two of my (self proclaimed) "biggest fans" came over today for a nail party! New to the magic of nail stamping, it's fair to say that it was pretty much love at first sight.
Thanks for an awesome afternoon ladies <3

first up is E-flo: classic leopard + bling = dope

next, Rza: 10 different designs like you've never seen before (check out the unicorn with an upside down cowboy hat on the left thumb)

last but not least, cutesville:

polka dots

Its been a while since I've done any polka dots! If I wasn't going through my plates, on my 30 Days of Stamping, I would have done them with a dotting tool; they come out so much brighter. I used one of my favorite Konad plates - M79 (which you might be able to tell by all of the scratches on it)

11.16.2011

black hearts

I really love this plate from Konad - so many cute images! I also got a nice, fresh, bottle of Sally Hansen Instr-Dri in Sonic Boom which I used for the base color :)

11.15.2011

lavender and lemon

I thought I would do something a little brighter to combat this mid-November dreary weather. I used plate M65 from Konad with a really great lavender from Studio M called Shabby Drab. The yellow is Sally Hansen Insta-Dri in Lightning. The Insta-Dri line is fantastic for stamping!

pink clouds

Tonights mani was inspired by this poster that I found on pinterest. I love the colors, even though I switched the gray for navy blue ;) I used two plates tonight, SH-25 and M-79.

10.31.2011

creepy crawl

So I figured I would do a Halloween mani since I haven't really done anything spooky so far. I used two different plates; M28 from Konad and BM13 from Bundle Monster.

too cool for prep school

I'm ashamed to admit it but I've been watching a LOT of Gossip Girl lately and I have to say, I'm kind of obsessed with all things preppy right now.

lace and flowers

I had to do a quick mani tonight so I thought I would do a little stamping. I used Konad plate M57 for the flowers and the fishnet - the result is a very sweet lace look :)

I have been so excited to use this plate! Konad S5 is a collection of western images and they are absolutely adorable.

under my umbrella ella ella.......

Still sick, but I was so excited to use this plate from Konad (M8) that it actually cheered me up for a little while (that and the grilled cheese and tomato soup my sweet husband made for me). Really happy with how it turned out :)

Lace mani

Had to do kind of a quick mani tonight so I did an all-konad stamped design.

9.03.2011

how d'ya like them apples?

I received 6 new image plates and I am so excited! Tonight I used plate M55 from Konad and its all fruit. I think I'm gonna do A - Z nails, starting with apples!

smells like teen angst

This is a little avril-lavigne-back-to-school-line but this plate was too hilarious to pass up. There is a spider, scorpion, skull (with crossbones), an eagle, and a cobra! Amazing! So here it is :)

8.29.2011

sweet and simple

I decided to do something a little less time consuming tonight

This design reminds me of potato stamps from when I was little :)
