and the winner is....

MADISON!! Back in September there was an auction at the Dawn Farm Jamboree and one of the items was a manicure from little old me :) Madisons Dad won the gift certificate and today we were finally able to redeem it.
Thanks for being so awesome and patient Madison...I hope you enjoy your penguins!!

I wood for you

Wood grain stamp!

scalloped edge

Along with the peter pan collar, I am also in love with scalloped edge hems <3

cheeky chains

These plates are awesome. I know the last 3 posts have said the same thing but I am just so impressed with how well the images transfer!!

simply elegant

This is another stamp from my new collection (see previous post for info). I thought it was a snakeskin image until I stamped it - but it turned out to be an incredible lace <3

nothing but net

My order of jumbo image plates arrived! They are by Cheeky and you can find them here :)
The images are super big and they come out so clear!!

leopard print wednesday

It's been a while...
I got some really cute coral skinny jeans and I wanted a matching mani. It didn't turn out how I wanted, but the color was perfect.

red-y or not

Go, go glitter nails,!! I saw these shoes the other night and I really, really, love them :)
Here is a little mani inspired by them <3

gray gardens

Continuing with the glitter theme....I painted gray roses with acrylic paint over Twinkling Mauve nail polish from Ruby Kisses.

glitter love

I have totally had glitter on the brain for the past few days. I was shocked to see I only have 4 colors! Need to get on that ASAP ;)

cracked up

I refuse to do crackle (sorry - just don't like it) but I really love this plate from Bundle Monster, BM-208.

1st MANi in cutesville!

My dear friend Stephen came over tonight and so graciously let me give him a MAN-icure! I have to say - I think its pretty bad ass and totally  manly ;)

stick 'em up

I just received these nail art stickers today - it's the first time I've used anything like this but I kinda like it!

my heart beats for you

I met my husband about 10 years ago and we became friends immediately. I had the biggest crush on him but I was so painfully shy that I had no idea how to tell him. Fast forward 7 years and after we both found ourselves single at the same time, I took him out to dinner and confessed that I thought he was the bee's knees! We were married on 09-09-09 and I am still absolutely crazy about him  - as I have been for years <3

showered with love

One of my friends pinned this and I thought I was such a cute idea! It's an embroidery hoop on Etsy and you can check it out here xoxo

bundle monster to the rescue

I've been sick (again!) and I haven't been at my most creative...thank goodness for Bundle Monster and all of their super cute designs!!

my favorite heart of all

I have quite a few objects in my home depicting the sacred heart. I'm not particularly religious, but I think the art is some of the most beautiful I've ever seen.

valentine a la critter

I have been obsessed with J Crew for many, many, years and one of my favorites is the Critter know, all those cute embroidered things on pants, polos,  shorts, etc...
Anyway, that is what I think of whenever I do this kind of mani :)

from another print I found on Society6 - this site has a ridiculous amount of nail-spiration!

A quick Valentinesy mani before work <3
I'm still using acrylic paint for almost everything except stamping - I love the ease and color variety!
